Trading Ideas Tools is a digital software product (SaaS). Because all calculations, trend predictors, and custom interactive tools are unlocked instantly upon account upgrade, we maintain a **no-refund policy** for completed billing cycles.
You can cancel your active monthly license at any time. When you cancel, your access to our pro calculators remains completely open until the very last day of your current 30-day billing cycle. No further automatic charges will occur after cancellation.
If you experience any operational system bugs where calculations fail or you cannot access the tools page after successful payment, please contact our support team at **support@tradingideastoolkit.com** within 48 hours. If the system failure is confirmed on our end and cannot be rectified, we will process a manual reversal of the transaction.
Upon approval of an exceptional refund, the funds will be credited back to your original payment source (UPI, Credit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
